Privacy Policy

Evo Clean is a commercial cleaning company based in Coquitlam, British Columbia, serving Metro Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. We are responsible for the personal information described on this page, and we handle it under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

Only what you type and send. If you fill in the estimate form, we receive the fields you completed:

• your name
• your email address
• your phone number, if you choose to give one
• your company name, if you choose to give one
• the service you selected and whatever you wrote about the site

If you phone or email us instead, we have whatever that message contains.

Browsing this site collects nothing else. There are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking of any kind. We do not know who visits, how often, or from where. Nothing is stored in your browser, and no third party is contacted to load the page — the fonts are served from this site rather than from Google.

To answer you. We use what you send to prepare a quote, arrange a walkthrough, and reply about the work you asked us about. That is the whole purpose.

We do not use it for marketing you did not ask for, and we do not sell, rent or trade it. We do not share it with anyone outside Evo Clean except where the law requires it.

When you send the form, the message is delivered to the Evo Clean inbox by Resend, an email delivery service. Resend processes and retains a copy of the message on servers in the United States, which means this information is transferred outside Canada and is subject to the laws of that country, including lawful access by its authorities. We use them only to deliver your message to us — never for marketing, and never to build a profile of you.

After it arrives, it lives in our own email and records like any other business correspondence.

The site itself is served by a hosting provider that processes the network request needed to deliver the page, including your IP address, in its normal server logs. It does not receive a copy of your form.

If you would rather not have your enquiry pass through a third party at all, phone us instead. The number is on the contact page.

We keep enquiry records for about 24 months so we can pick up a conversation where it left off, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep the records needed to service and bill the contract for as long as Canadian tax and business-records law requires.

Under Canadian privacy law you can, at any time:

• ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy
• ask us to correct anything that is wrong
• ask us to delete it
• withdraw your consent to us holding it

Email service@evoclean.ca and we will respond within thirty days, which is the period PIPEDA sets. We may need to confirm who you are before releasing anything — that is to protect you, not to delay you.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.

This site is served over HTTPS, so what you type into the form is encrypted in transit. Access to the inbox that receives it is limited to the people at Evo Clean who need it to reply to you.

No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send anything sensitive through a web form — banking details, identification numbers, health information. We will never ask for any of it.

If we change how we handle personal information — adding analytics, for example, or a third-party form service — we will update this page and the date at the top of it before the change goes live.
