Cleaning Consulting Services in Metro Vancouver
An independent review of your specification, frequencies and spend — useful whether or not we do the work.
What this covers
Most cleaning contracts are never re-examined after they are signed. Frequencies set for a building's original use carry on unchanged through a refit, a change of tenant, or a halving of occupancy. The spend stays the same and the fit gets steadily worse in both directions — over-cleaning spaces nobody uses, under-cleaning the ones everybody does.
Evo Clean will review what you have and tell you what it says: where the specification is vague enough to be unenforceable, where the frequencies do not match the traffic, and where the price is attached to hours rather than outcomes.
This is deliberately offered as a standalone service. If the conclusion is that your current provider is doing fine and the specification just needs tightening, that is a useful answer and you should have it without changing suppliers to get it.

Included in the specification
Specification review
Your existing scope read against the building as it is used now, with the clauses that cannot actually be enforced identified.
Frequency and staffing modelling
What the traffic in each zone justifies, which is usually more in some places and considerably less in others.
Sustainable product transitions
A practical path from current chemistry to low-VOC alternatives, including what it changes about method and what it costs.
Tender and RFP support
Help writing a specification that can be bid against fairly, so the quotes you get back are comparable to each other.
Where this fits
Building types this service is built around, across Metro Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.
- Property managers reviewing an inherited contract
- Facilities teams preparing a tender
- Organisations whose building use has changed
- Buildings with recurring complaints and no data
- Anyone comparing quotes that are not comparable
Questions we get asked
- Will you just tell me to switch to you?
- Not if that is not the answer. The common finding is that the specification is too vague to enforce, which is fixable with the provider you already have. We would rather be the people who told you that than the people who used a review as a sales call.
- What do I get at the end?
- A written review: what your current specification says, what the building actually needs, where those two differ, and what each difference costs or saves. It is yours to use however you like, including with another contractor.
- Do I need to be a large organisation for this?
- No. A single building with a recurring complaint and no way to prove what was agreed is exactly the case this helps most.
